Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PWR Labs Community Portal, designed to connect projects, developers, and creative talents with PWR Labs for grants, airdrops, and investor support.

Access and Use

The portal offers a straightforward application process.

Shared projects or ideas are primarily intended for public viewing and community feedback.

PWR Labs reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion without obligation.

Grant Application and Distribution

Applications are subject to review; however, submission does not guarantee acceptance or support.

Grant details will be governed by separate agreements, where applicable.

Public Nature of Submissions

Applicants acknowledge that submissions are generally public. Sensitive business data or proprietary information should not be included in initial applications.

PWR Labs is not responsible for the public disclosure of information shared on the portal.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Applicants retain ownership of their projects, barring technology developed for integration with PWR Labs, which must be transferred to PWR Labs.

Promotional Commitments

Grant recipients are expected to acknowledge PWR Labs’ support in their promotional activities.

Indemnification and Liability

PWR Labs shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the portal or participation in any programs.

Users agree to indemnify PWR Labs against any claims arising from their submissions.

Termination and Modification

PWR Labs may terminate or modify the portal, these terms, or any services at any time without liability.

Legal Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Singapore, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

No Warranty

The portal is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

PWR Labs does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the portal’s content.
